Meet The Team
Kofi Aggrey
Director
Kofi is an experienced Environmental, Sustainability, and Mining Consultant passionate about creating a greener future by aligning business profitability with environmental responsibility. He holds an MSc in Environmental Assessment and Management from the University of Liverpool and an MSc in International Mineral Resources Management from the University of Dundee, with expertise in conducting environmental assessments, preparing feasibility reports, and implementing sustainability initiatives. He currently also serves as a Research Associate at the University of Liverpool.
Albert Tetteh Amanor
Associate
Albert has been a Geologist at Scott Taylor Ltd since June 2018, where he handles compliance, field work, and health and safety management. His experience also includes a contract role at Sems Exploration Ltd, preparing and analyzing pulp samples for the Perseus Edikan underground project. Albert served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Ghana, co-publishing an article on his final year project and assisting in course delivery and fieldwork. Albert is proficient in Surpac and Map Info. He is a member of the West African Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum, and the Ghana Institute of Geoscientists.
Enyonam Lovelyna Badu

Lovelyna is a committed, positive, and hardworking individual who always strives to achieve the highest standards in any given task. She holds a degree in Political Science, a Master's in International Relations and Diplomacy, and a certificate in Project Management. With 3 years of experience in the mining industry, she has gained valuable exposure to government agencies such as the Minerals Commission, Environmental Protection Agency, and the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources. Her excellent customer service and communication skills, combined with her public sector experience, have enabled her to successfully manage projects, leading to increased performance and productivity.
Benedicta Akesse Annan
Associate
Benedicta is a bilingual Ghanaian lawyer with a deep-rooted passion for mining, law, and sustainability. Her interest in these fields began in childhood, accompanying her father to various mine sites, where she developed a keen understanding of the industry. Today, she actively volunteers in mining communities, advocating for sustainable practices. As a lawyer, her ultimate goal is to bridge the gap between legal frameworks and human needs, ensuring that the law serves both people and the environment effectively.
Nana Kwame Atiemo

Associate
Nana Kwame is a proactive and self-motivated professional with expertise in risk analysis and management. He has been working as a Risk Analyst at Ecobank Group since 2018, where he assesses and manages various types of risks, including credit, liquidity, and market risks, and helps develop business continuity plans. His previous experience includes working on revenue assurance and marketing electronic products during his National Service and internships with Ecobank Ghana. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Geography from the University of Ghana and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Financial Risk Management. Nana has demonstrated leadership skills through roles such as Vice President of a campus ministry and committee leadership in the University of Ghana SRC. His skill set includes communication, team leadership, and the ability to work under demanding conditions.
