Meet The Team

Kofi Aggrey

Director

Kofi is an experienced Environmental, Sustainability, and Mining Consultant passionate about creating a greener future by aligning business profitability with environmental responsibility. He holds an MSc in Environmental Assessment and Management from the University of Liverpool and an MSc in International Mineral Resources Management from the University of Dundee, with expertise in conducting environmental assessments, preparing feasibility reports, and implementing sustainability initiatives. He currently also serves as a Research Associate at the University of Liverpool.

Benedicta Akesse Annan

Associate

Benedicta is a bilingual Ghanaian lawyer with a deep-rooted passion for mining, law, and sustainability. Her interest in these fields began in childhood, accompanying her father to various mine sites, where she developed a keen understanding of the industry. Today, she actively volunteers in mining communities, advocating for sustainable practices. As a lawyer, her ultimate goal is to bridge the gap between legal frameworks and human needs, ensuring that the law serves both people and the environment effectively.

Nana Kwame Atiemo

Associate

Nana Kwame is a proactive and self-motivated professional with expertise in risk analysis, financial risk modelling, and regulatory compliance. He began his career at Ecobank Group in 2018, where he specialized in credit risk assessment, liquidity risk management, and market risk analysis, contributing to the development of business continuity planning, stress testing frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies. Since then, he has worked on different projects, gaining extensive experience in portfolio risk management, capital adequacy assessment, loss forecasting, and regulatory stress testing.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Geography from the University of Ghana and is pursuing a Master’s in Financial Risk Management equipping him with in-depth expertise in quantitative risk analysis, portfolio risk management, and regulatory compliance. Nana has demonstrated strong leadership skills through roles such as Vice President of a campus ministry and committee leadership in the University of Ghana SRC. His core competencies include quantitative risk analysis, enterprise risk management (ERM), Basel III compliance, financial modelling, stakeholder engagement, and strategic decision making under uncertainty.
